As such, I ordered 50mg of Viagra, took the pill as advised 30 minutes before I planned to have sex – but nothing much at all happened. I was able to get hard – but certainly no harder than I had been doing recently. It wasn’t a full, rock-hard boner that I used to get when I was younger and it soon went flaccid again just moments after I got it erect.
After ‘trying’ to have sex with my partner for an hour or so, we both eventually gave up, exhausted.
The bigger problem, however, is the price. A single pill of Sildenafil costs $34, which is expensive compared to rivals.

You can imagine the frustration.

A feature that’s unique to Get Roman that I haven’t seen elsewhere is their treatment updates feature. As mentioned, your health is put through its paces via an online medical consultation with a trained physician. If this physician deems you to be a candidate for erectile dysfunction, they will prescribe you the pills.
It doesn’t stop there. Your assigned doctor will continue to stay in touch with you via online dialogue (or phone if you prefer) to see how you’re getting on. If you’re not getting the results you were looking for, they may offer to increase your dosage, or they may recommend that you try a different medication instead.
I used this feature because I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted but upping my dosage didn’t work the way I wanted either. That said, it’s a feature that can be important to men who are low in confidence right now due to their ED and it really does make you feel that people care about your physical and mental wellbeing.

In my personal experience, the pill isn’t potent enough and it’s also going to be too expensive for many men to fit into their budget.
